| Belgian-born artist, Arthur Bernard now lives and works in the Netherlands. His beautiful paintings often seem to blend music with colors. Arthur received his training at the Koninklijke voor Schone Kunsten, Mechelen (BELGIUM), la Academia Vrije, Rótterdam and at the van Beeldende Kunsten, Rótterdam.
