| Susan-Jayne was born in Bournemouth, in 1962. |

Education:

| Susan began her art training at Bounemouth and Pool College of Art, in 1981. Having achieved a First Class Honours at Bristol Politechnic, Susan then went on to complete her Art training at the Royal Academy, London. |

| Susan creates her own powder pigment and uses gold leaf for her frames, which makes her paintings even more unique. Asian Rhythm Susan-Jayne's latest exhibition is inspired by her travels in India. Her paintings are based around people - everyday poeple going about their everyday chores. They are simplified slices of life which describe the places she has visited; they summarise her initial feeling toward a new environment. |
