Biography:
|
| Xavier Miserachs was born in Barcelona in 1937. He died in 1998. In 1952 he became a member of the Catalunya Photographic Group, where he met Oriol Maspons, with whome he formed a life-long friendship. |

| Xavier Miserachs is remembered today, not only for his outstanding photography, but also for his work in the art-house film world and his award winning books and publications. The limited edition works by this outstanding Spanish photographer, exemplify the experimental Barcelona fringe art scene, from the mid 1950s onwards. |
