| Madrid, Spain, 1969 - This young POP artist holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology, from the American University, Washington, D.C. She has also attended the Corcoran School of Arts, in Washington, D.C. Teofanú has held many solo EXHIBITIONS in Spain over the past five years: In 1999, she exhibited at the Casa de Cultura de Baños de Montemayor Cáceres; The previous year she held solo exhibitions in Madrid one at the Altalene Gallery and the other at the Agatha Ruiz de la Prada Studio. In 1997 Teofanú exhibited at the Asociación de vecinos de Zaralejo in Madrid.
