Education:

| Paula received her B.A.(Hons.) in Photographic Studies from the University of Derby, UK, in 1989. She has also served as a Visiting Lecturer at both Derby University and Staffordshire University since 1998. |

| In the words of the artist: I am interested in the nature of process and have generally worked with alternative techniques. Recently I have begun working digitally and combining this with traditional methods. Work is currently output on archival papers and conventionally framed. My work ideas come from personal history and experiences and from my interest in the nature and treatment of disease and making these ideas visable through still life techniques. |
